Duration is individual. We'll discuss it at the first session. For stress support — 5–10 sessions. For deeper work — longer.

I am in private practice and require payment at the time of service. I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement or documentation for your employer. Tax deductions may apply.

Yes. Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Research shows that online therapy can be as effective as in-person.

The initial 50-minute consultation is $75. We'll get to know each other and decide on the format for ongoing work.
